eBay Integration

The comprehensive integration facility for eBay is one of the highlights of the Kingpin system.

Download orders

Like the Amazon integration module, it starts with downloading orders from eBay (using eBay Blackthorne) into the order processing system. This fetches all of your orders that have been paid for, matches up each item's part number to your product codes where required, and the entire order is ready to process in a matter of seconds. From here you can print a delivery note in the despatch department and send an invoice to the buyer.

Confirm shipments

An important part of your commitment to your eBay customers is to ship on time and notify both the customer and eBay that this has been done. KingPin will automatically send back a confirmation to eBay when the shipment has been made, by what method and any tracking code that exists. This is key to getting a good ranking from eBay as a good seller.

Auto Process

Auto processing is a great asset for any seller whether you do low or high volumes of shipments.

Do you want to download orders from eBay and send them straight to the packing department as delivery notes ready to be picked, without anyone having to do any work?

KingPin's Auto Process feature allows just that. Here's a typical scenario.

1. Order downloads in real time from eBay
2. Checks are made to validate delivery address
3. Are the goods in stock?
4. Do you want to manually check orders over a certain price or quantity?

Once the downloader has decided the order has met all the requirements you set, then it will flag it for automatic processing and the sales order program will then create a delivery note and invoice without any intervention.

Customers typically process between 80% and 90% of their orders from eBay using the Auto Process feature.
