Kingpin order processing allows you to take payments on all credit and debit cards for any order.

Our preferred solution for this is SagePay (formerly ProTx) which allows you to obtain instant payment for your cutomers order.

SagePay was chosen as it has become the number one payment gateway offering very low transactioning fees and a wide range of reporting functions.

Authorisation of a card transaction takes only a matter of seconds, and can therefore be extremely easy to use when taking orders by phone.

Card details are not held on the Kingpin software system, ensuring PCI compliance.

A reference number is allocated for every transaction, making payment allocation very simple for your accounting team.

Our optional automatic payment allocation module is also available to enable you to post and allocate your payments from SagePay directly onto the Sales Ledger saving many hours of work.

Refunds to customers can also made using the Kingpin system via SagePay.
