DHL set parameters that define which postcodes are considered "residential" or "business" and so the first part of our integration is based on ensuring that orders are processed with the correct type of service offered. 

Secondly, we ensure that DHL receive all the correct information to delivery the parcel on time, and that you and the customer can track the parcels progress.
