The KingPin Story

KingPin is the result of 6 years work building and designing a low cost, high performance order processing system.

In essence it is aimed at anyone who distributes and ships orders on a daily basis to their customers.

We expect a normal customer using KingPin who processes orders from phone, fax, email and websites to be capable of dealing with 500 orders a day with no more than 4 staff involved.

Of course some of our customers do less and some do more (up to 1200!) but this depends on the product mix and the time it takes to physically pack each order however these are realistic targets based on our experience.
